I went to Nazli to alter my wedding dress two years after it was purchased, due to rescheduling the wedding a few times. When I purchased the dress I was 6 months pregnant. As you can imagine, it required a lot of work. I had some ideas for the dress, but Nazli steered me in better directions as she coached me on how to make the dress work best with my figure. She added straps to the dress, which I believe allowed me to enjoy my night without having to yank on the dress to keep it up, something that was not part of my “vision”. She went and shopped for fabric that complemented my dress perfectly! I got so many compliments on the fit of my dress, as many people asked how I found a dress that seemed to be made for my body. Working with Nazli was a total pleasure…I felt like I was visiting family when I went to see her. She also volunteered to cover my shoes in tulle so that the embellishments would not catch on my dress…something I didn’t even consider. I had a wonderful experience with Nazli and will be working with her on all my tailoring needs!!
